Who we are

IHQ (Indie Headquarters) is a product of PRIMIS. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use IHQ.

Your account

You need a valid email address to use IHQ, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your login details to yourself. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

What your team can and cannot do

Your IHQ team gives you guidance, education and structure for your career. That guidance is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or accounting advice, and no relationship of lawyer, accountant or licensed adviser is created by using IHQ. Rules on royalties, contracts, tax and registration differ by country and change over time. Before you sign a contract, file with a tax authority, or commit significant money, confirm the details with a qualified professional in your own country. Decisions you make remain yours.

Your work stays yours

Anything you bring to IHQ — your songs, lyrics, artwork, plans and messages — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your music or your catalogue. You give us permission only to store and process that material so the product can work for you.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

IHQ Pro is billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown for your country at checkout. Founding Member pricing stays at the rate you joined on for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Because access is granted immediately, payments already made are generally non-refundable, but if something has gone wrong, email us and we will look at it properly.

Acceptable use

Do not use IHQ to break the law, to infringe anyone else's copyright, to harass people, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep IHQ running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and conversations.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will let you know by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
